This is the first post of a series that fits perfectly for those who are tired of wasting time in the kitchen, and felling somehow stupid for not knowing some of the following tips earlier.
So here is a short list of some of the tricks we find most useful in the kitchen. Probably you guys have some great tips too, so please leave them in the comments so we can all benefit from it!
1. Immersion Blender
If you do not have one, you should do it as soon as possible. The immersion blender works better then any other electric tool in the kitchen. Whether it's making a purée or soups you cloud do it directly in the pot, or making homemade mayonnaise in under just a few minutes, the immersion blender is the perfect tool.
It is also super simple to clean, don't even try to compare it to a normal blender or food processor, you just have to emerge it under some soapy water and turn on for a few seconds, and it's ready to use again.

2. Silicone Baking Mat
Again, If you do not have one of those, hurry up because you are wasting a lot of time. The Baking Mat is the perfect surface for baking or roasting almost anything. Whether you are roasting salmon with potatoes for dinner or baking a batch of cookies for your kids.
The silicone baking mat is a super versatile kitchen tool, it is mainly used for baking cookies but there is a whole hidden variety of uses of it. The mat is great because it protects the metal sheet, it is also super fast to clean up, just clean it with a tissue or kitchen paper and wash up with some soapy water and let it air dry. Also when you get one for yourself try to look for one that has fiberglass inside silicone, it helps the even baking.

3. Get a few lazy Susaz for your fridge
How many time have you opened the fridge door to get something and once you look at the mass inside the fridge you suddenly forget what your were looking for?
I could guess you have suffered something like that more then once. So this tip will change your way of dealing with your fridge. Get one or two "lazy Susan" to organize better all the crowded stuff you have one the front shelf.
Probably you will wonder why you didn't think of that by yourself, but don't worry, just forget about why and go get it for your fridge. You can organize sauces, honey, jam, soda, and wait ever you feel like, just make sure not to feel it up too much because then you will tend to make a mass again.
