This is a very tasteful recipe, super easy to make.

8 oz cream cheese (you could use ricotta)
¼ cup finely chopped garlic scapes (you could use onion)
1 tsp finely chopped basil
1 Baguette (or other bread of your choice)
3 thinly sliced Italian tomatoes (you could use cherry tomatoes)
Preheat the oven to 300º F
Slice baguette to your taste (we like it crunchy, so we cut thin).
Put garlic scapes and basil into food processor, pulse it until shredded (you could do it by hand if you ratter).Toss in the cream cheese and mix until combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of the bread slices. Place each one over your Silicone Baking Mat. Top with tomatoes.
Place it on the oven and allow to cook for about 5 minutes or until the bread is toasted, and cheese is slightly melted.
Take out of the oven and serve immediately.
