Today we’ll be sharing this bread appetizer recipe that is to die for. This is a great snack for that day you're not into a fancy snacks, but really wants a delight entré. :)
1 sourdough loaf of bread
½ cup basil pesto (buy ready or make your own)
1 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Slice bread vertically and horizontally, until you have approximately one inch squares,you should keep the bottom of the bread stick together.
Place the bread on your silicone baking mat Spread the basil pesto in between the sliced bread. In a small bowl combine cheeses and seasoning. Place mixture in between each slice.
Cover the bread with foil and bake on a lined sheet for 8-10 minutes or until it looks golden brown.
