4 tbs melted Butter
10 Phyllo Pastry sheets
½ cup Raspberry Jam
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2-3 tbs Water
Vanilla Ice Cream
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Place Phyllo Pastry over Silicone Baking Mat, brush sheet with melted butter, layer 4 more layers one over other, brushing each one with the melted butter. On last layer after brushing the butter, spread the raspberry jam.
Layer remaining 5 Phyllo sheets, brushing each one with the butter.
Slightly cut pastry, with a pizza cutter, into smaller rectangles (we usually cut into 8 pieces).
Place hole pastry into the oven for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let slightly cool.
While the pastry is cooling, bake the glaze. Whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla and 2 tbs water in a small mixing bowl mix until is smooth. You could add little bit more water if you find glaze is too thick for your taste.
Pour the glaze over tart, it will harden after a few minutes.
Serve alone or place a scoop of ice cream.
