This is a easy, low calories veggie recipe.
The golden Parmesan cheese crust makes it super tasty!
8 halved sliced zucchini
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ tbs dried Oregano or thyme
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Arrange zucchini halves on silicone baking mat.
In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and black pepper. Top each zucchini slice with the mixture and spread evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese turns crispy and golden.
This would pair great with Roasted Chicken or Salmon Fillet. Enjoy your meal!
