4 sprigs of rosemary
2 spoons (soup) of oil
Preheat oven to 350º F
Cut potatoes lengthwise in sections of the thickness you want
Transfer potatoes to a pan with water and salt. Let it boil for 6 minutes.
Remove from heat and drain the water. Leave the potatoes in the colander for a few minutes.
Transfer them to your BakeitFun Baking Mat, scatter the sprigs of rosemary on top, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and turn the buds. Bake again for another 20 minutes or until golden brown.
