- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 tbs cocoa powder
- 2 tbs gluten-free oats or quinoa flakes
- 1 tbs coconut sugar (or brown sugar or culinary sweetener)
- 2 tbs coconut milk or water
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
In a bowl mix all the ingredients leaving the yeast for last.
Preheat oven to 375ºF
Distribute little amounts of dough evenly on your BakeitFun Silicone Baking Mat (like you’re making cookies)
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until they’re crispy outside and gooey inside.
