How to use and care

    Flour lightly

    A light dusting is enough. The silicone grips the counter so the mat stays put while you work.

    Roll to the ring

    Use the printed circles and rulers to roll to the exact size, no tape measure.

  3. 3

    Wash and roll up

    Dishwasher safe (top rack on the Round), or wash by hand with warm soapy water. Air dry, then roll it or store it flat.
